| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mimosoudním řešením spotřebitelských sporů v České republice a ve Velké Británii. Cílem práce je analyzovat a porovnat tento systém ve vybraných zemí. Zjišťuje, jaké jsou rozdíly mimosoudního řešení spotřebitelských sporů, přestože obě země jsou členem Evropské unie a implementovaly směrnici EU o alternativním řešení spotřebitelských sporů. Tato práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá ochranou spotřebitele a výhodami i nevýhodami mimosoudního řešení sporů. V druhé kapitole je práce zaměřena na mimosoudní řešení spotřebitelských sporů v ČR z hlediska legislativy, pravidel pro postupy řešení sporů, forem řešení sporů a příslušných orgánů. Třetí kapitola se také zabývá mimosoudním řešením spotřebitelských sporů, ale z pohledu Velké Británie. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes in the Czech Republic and Great Britain. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and to compare this system in chosen countries. It identifies differences in alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes, even though both countries are member of EU and implemented the directive of EU on the alrternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes. The thesis is divided into 3 chapters. The first one is dealed with the consumer protection and advantages and disadvantages of the alternative dispute resolution. The second chapter is focused on alternative dispute resolution in the Czech Republic in the point of view of legislation, rules of resolving disputes, forms of resolution and authorized organizations. The third chapter is concerned also with alternative dispute resolution, but from the view of Great Britain. |
