| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu a provedení ekonomické analýzy pro společnost s ručením omezeným. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První, teoretická, definuje základní pojmy jako podnikání či podnikatel, detailně popisuje strukturu podnikatelského plánu, zakladatelský rozpočet a základní účetní výkazy. Druhá část, praktická, aplikuje všechny tyto poznatky do praxe. Účetní výkazy jsou se-staveny ve třech variantách: v optimistické, realistické a pesimistické. V závěru práce je shrnuto, jestli je podnik schopen být profitabilní, a jestli se tento druh podnikání vůbec vyplatí. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to develop a business plan and an economic analysis for a LLC (limited liability company). The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part defines basic terms such as entrepreneurship and entrepreneur, describes detailed structure of business plans, funding budgets and basic accounting documents. The second part applies these methods to the foundation of a new LLC. The accounting documents are calculated in three versions: An optimistic, a realistic and pessimistic scenario. The thesis ends by indicating plan's profitability and an assessment of whether it was beneficial to start the company. |
