| Abstract: | The main aim of this thesis is opening of a thematic restaurant in Sochi Resort and if it is possible to convince investors to invest in this project. The first part of the thesis contains a brief history of catering industry in Sochi Resort since 1909, its classification, category and future tendency. The second part is responsible for the practical part, where the information about the thematic restaurant of the Indian cuisine Taj Mahal is already described in detail. The final part is the summary and findings. |
