| Abstract: | V této diplomové práci se pojednává o Státní energetické koncepci České republiky a jejím vztahu k německé energetické politice, tzv. Energiewende. Text se snaží popsat a zhodnotit význam koncepce pro naši energetiku a její podporu při naplňování cílů Evropské unie, která je hlavním určovatelem směru a trendů v tomto strategickém sektoru.
Situace se od dob vstupu České republiky do Evropské unie dramaticky změnila, a tak vznikla potřeba aktualizace původního dokumentu Státní energetické koncepce, který by reflektoval poslední světové trendy a významné mezinárodní události. Při aktualizaci dokumentu bylo nutné implementovat hlavní unijní cíle a požadavky na energetiku. Jako velmi důležité pak vnímám budoucí vize a trendy, se kterými pochopitelně musí energetická koncepce počítat, aby tak státní energetika byla schopna reagovat na budoucí vývoj. |

| Abstract: | This text will focus on State energy policy of the Czech Republic and its relation to the German Energiewende. Text will try to describe and evaluate importance of energy policy for our country. The document should help us to follow European targets which were set by EU authorities.
The situation in energetics has changed a lot since the Czech Republic joined The European Union in 2004 and it is very important to react to current situation in today´s world. It was a necessity to upgrade the document of State energy policy which should reflect latest trends in energetics and the most important international affairs related to energetics. New document should respect European targets and law. On the other hand it has to calculate on future ways which can be followed in this sector. |
