| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá vnitropodnikovou komunikační strategií ve společnosti Devro s.r.o. Cílem této práce bylo analyzovat vnitrofiremní komunikaci ve společnosti a navrhnout nová zlepšení a doporučení. Teoretická část práce je věnována vysvětlení vnitropodnikové komunikace. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou používaných komunikačních prostředků ve společnosti Devro s.r.o. V poslední části práce jsou vysvětleny nové návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení vnitrofiremní komunikace. |

| Abstract: | In this bachelor thesis I deal with the internal communication strategy in Devro s.r.o. The aim of this thesis was to analyze internal communication strategy in the company and to propose new improvements and recommendations. In the theoretic-metodical part I present internal communication. In the application part, I focused on the analysis of the used communication strategies in Devro s.r.o. In the last part of the thesis are mentioned new proposals and recommendations for improvement of internal communication. |
