| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá nejprve obecnou charakteristikou bilaterálních německo-tureckých vazeb z hlediska ekonomického, politického i kulturního. Dále pojednává o zahraniční politice Angely Merkelové vůči Turecku od jejího prvního volebního období (2005) až po vypuknutí migrační krize (2014). Následně jsou popsány zvlášť opatření Merkelové a EU pro překonání migrační krize. Práce též popisuje politiku německé kancléřky vůči Turecku po roce 2015 a závěrem doje k analýze, zda se migrační krize podepsala na postojích a jednání Angely Merkelové vůči Turecku a zda její zahraniční politika vykazuje kontinuitu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with German-Turkish relations in the past years from the economic, politic and cultural perspective. Furthermore, it describes Angela Merkel's foreign policy towards Turkey from the moment she became chancellor until the point before the breakout of the migration crisis. It continues by mapping the actions taken by Germany and EU in order to handle the crisis and concludes, how or if the chancellor's policy making towards Turkey changed due to the migration crisis beginning in 2015. |
