| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá moderními internetovými sociálními sítěmi a jejich vlivem na společnost a trh práce. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou internetové sociální sítě definovány, popsána jejich historie, současný stav a vliv na společnost, a především trh práce. Práce také porovnává situaci internetových sociálních sítí v Česku a zahraničí. Praktická část popisuje a porovnává dva výzkumy provedené formou dotazníku s českými a mezinárodními respondenty. Výzkumy jsou zaměřené především na rozšíření sociálních sítí ve věkové skupině 12-28 let a jejich užití při hledání zaměstnání cílovou skupinou. V závěru práce jsou poznatky shrnuty. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on modern social networks and their influence on society and labour market. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the first part, internet social networks are defined, their history, current situation and influence on society and labour market depicted. Comparison of the situation in Czechia and the globe is also included. The practical part describes and compares two surveys made within groups of Czech and international respondents. The surveys are focused mainly on the spread of social networks and their usage as a tool for searching employment among the target group between 18 and 28 years old. In the conclusion the findings are described. |
