Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá prostředím IT podpory horské služby v České republice. Cílem práce je identifikovat současný stav podpory klíčových aktivit pracovníků Horské služby ČR, o.p.s. ve Stanici Pec pod Sněžkou portfoliem aplikací informačních technologií.
Nejprve je na základě literatury vymezena a charakterizována horská služba včetně vazeb na okolí. Dále je charakterizováno portfolio aplikací informačních technologií. V práci je uveden postup, kterým je identifikován stav podpory aktivit pracovníků portfoliem aplikací informačních technologií v prostředí Stanice. Závěrečná část prezentuje získané výsledky dle postupu, který je uveden v předchozí kapitole práce. |

This Bachelor thesis deals with IT support for Mountain Rescue Service station. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to identify current situation of key activities performed by employees of Mountain Rescue Service in station in Pec pod Sněžkou and supported by IT Application portfolio.
First step for writing this Bachelor thesis was definition and characterization of the Mountain Rescue Service with relations to neighbourhood included. Afterwards there is described method which identify key activities performed by employees and its situation of IT support in Application portfolio. The last part represents results of evaluation of the process which was described in previous chapter. |
