| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá finančním benchmarkingem společnosti KBJ VELKOOBCHODY s.r.o. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení finanční situace podniku, porovnání dosažených výsledků s odvětvím, s nejlepšími podniky v tomto odvětví a přímou konkurencí. Účelem je získání přehledu o finančním zdraví podniku a identifikace jeho silných a slabých stránek prostřednictvím Benchmarkingového diagnostického systému finančních indikátorů INFA. Teoretická část je zaměřena na finanční analýzu sloužící k finančnímu benchmarkingu, popisu metod a postupů finančního benchmarkingu. V praktické části jsou tyto metody aplikovány na konkrétní podnik. Závěr této práce je věnován zhodnocení dosažených výsledků a stanovení doporučení pro strategické podnikové rozhodování. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on financial benchmarking of KBJ VELKOOBCHODY s.r.o. The aim of this study is to evaluate the financial situation of the company and to compare the results within the same field and with the best companies in this branch as well as direct competitors. The purpose is to gain an overview of the financial health of the company and also the relevation of strengths and weaknesses through Benchmarking diagnostic system of financial indicators INFA. The theoretical part is focused on financial analysis, used for financial benchmarking, description of the methods and practices of financial benchmarking. The previously described practical part shows how these methods are applied to a particular company. The final section of this study is about evaluation of achieved results and it recommends strategic business decisions. |
