| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nabídky na trhu práce pro studenty FIS VŠE pomocí sociální sítě Facebook. Hlavním cílem práce je zjištění aktuálního stavu na trhu práce, zejména uplatnění studentů, práce na zkrácený úvazek. Abych tento cíl mohla splnit, musí být splněné další cíle - porovnat nástroje pro monitorování sociálních sítí, vytvořit testovací prostředí pro analýzu nestrukturovaných dat, vyhodnotit požadavky potenciálních zaměstnavatelů na studenty z vybraných stránek z Facebooku.
Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a analytickou část. V teoretické části jsou definované pojmy z oblasti sociálních sítí, přehled o českém ICT sektoru, aktuální stav na trhu práce, rešerše vědeckých článků a jiných prací a statistik, společné s porovnáváním nástrojů pro monitorování sociálních sítí. Praktická část obsahuje popis použití analytických nástrojů - Elasticsearch a Kibana, analýza a interpretace získaných nestrukturovaných dat, postup aplikování metod a metrik hodnocení požadavků potenciálních zaměstnavatelů.
Přínosem této práce je přehled o aktuálním stavu na trhu práce. Z toho vyplývají doporučení studentům, určení nejvíce žádaných vlastností, technologií a dovedností. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the analysis of labor supply for students from Faculty of informatics and statistics at University of Economics in Prague through the social networking site Facebook. The main goal of this work is to determine the current state of the labor market, in particular employment of students on part-time work. To meet this goal may need to be fulfilled another goals - compare the tools for monitoring social networking sites, create a test environment for analyzing unstructured data, evaluate requirements of potential employers for students from selected pages of Facebook.
Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, there are defined concepts of social networking, an overview of the Czech ICT sector, the current state of the labor market, research of scientific articles and other papers and statistics together with comparing tools for monitoring of social networking sites. The practical part contains description of the usage of analytical tools - ElasticSearch and Kibana, analysis and interpretation of the unstructured data, the process of applying methods and metrics for evaluation requirements of potential employers.
The contribution of this thesis is an overview of the current state of the labor market. As the result, this thesis will contain advises for students and determine the most desirable properties, technology and skills for them. |
