| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zhodnocení využívání strukturálních fondů EU ve Středočeském kraji v rámci Regionálního operačního programu regionu soudržnosti Střední Čechy (ROP SČ) v programovém období 2007 - 2013. Teoretická část je věnována popisu strategie a cílů programu, charakteristice jednotlivých prioritních os a oblastí podpor a průběhu dotačního systému. Praktická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní příklady čerpání finančních prostředků ze strukturálních fondů ve Středočeském kraji, kde jsou analyzovány celkové dosažené výsledky ROP SČ v programovém období 2007 - 2013 z finančního hlediska i z věcného technického hlediska. Návazně je provedena analýza naplnění monitorovacích indikátorů na úrovni prioritních os a porovnání skutečných výsledků s předpokládanými cílovými hodnotami v programových dokumentech. V závěrečné části práce jsou analyzovány skutečné efekty a dopady realizace programu na obyvatelstvo celého regionu Středočeského kraje. Je provedeno celkové zhodnocení ROP SČ v porovnání s ostatními operačními programy v programovém období 2007 - 2013. Je uvedeno i zhodnocení jednoho z neúspěšných projektů a dále zhodnocení jednoho z nejúspěšnějších žadatelů při čerpání dotací ROP SČ spolu s uvedenými příklady realizovaných projektů. |

| Abstract: | My bachelor work deals with the evaluation of the use of EU structural funds in the Central Bohemia Region within the Regional Operational Program in Cohesion Region of Central Bohemia in the period 2007 - 2013. The description of the strategy and objectives of the program, the characteristics of the individual priority axes and areas of intervention during the subsidy system are given in the theoretical part. The practical part deals with the development of the use of structural funds in the Central Bohemia Region, where overall results achieved within the Regional Operational Program in Cohesion Region of Central Bohemia both from financial and technical point of view are evaluated. An analysis of the fulfillment of monitoring indicators at the level of priority axes and comparing actual results with expected targets in the program documents follows. In the final part an actual effects and impacts of program implementation on the population of the entire region of Central Bohemia are analyzed. The results of the Regional Operational Program in Cohesion Region of Central Bohemia and the comparison with other operational programs in the programming period 2007 - 2013 are given. There is also the evaluation of one of the failed projects and one of the most successful applicants on the contrary. The examples of completed projects are given. |
