| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza používaných stylů vedení v jednotlivých útvarech a dopad těchto stylů na výkonnost zaměstnanců v konkrétní anonymní firmě. První část práce je teoretická a vymezuje základní pojmy z oblasti vedení lidí, shrnuje poznatky o stylech vedení a jejich souvislost s výkonností zaměstnanců. Jedním z problémů je vymezení pojmu výkonnost a faktorů, které ji charakterizují, jako je například motivace, spokojenost či fluktuace. V druhé praktické části je představen podnik, je provedena analýza stávajících problémů a na základě výsledků průzkumu jsou analyzovány současné styly vedení a jejich dopad na firemní kulturu a výkonnost zaměstnanců. Závěrem jsou stanovena doporučení pro zlepšení podnikového řízení, zvýšení výkonnosti pracovníků a celkově efektivity podniku. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the thesis is an analysis of management styles used in different departments and the impact of these styles on the employee efficiency in the concrete company. First theoretical part describes the main terms and definitions from leadership and management styles with regard to the employee efficiency. Defining the term efficiency and its factors such as motivation, satisfaction or turnover is one of the problematic areas of this work. Second practical part consists of the presentation of the company, analysis of the current problems and analysis of the management styles used in the company and its impact on the company culture and the employee efficiency. Summary is based on recommendations for the management regarding the efficiency of employees and the whole company. |
