| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozhodovacím procesem ve vybrané společnosti. V teore-tické části jsou popsány podstata rozhodování, rozhodovací procesy a problémy a struktura jednotlivých rozhodovacích procesu. V rámci tyto práce uveden konkrétní rozhodovací proces - volba dodavatele. V praktické části se jedná o analýzu procesu výběru vhodného dodavatele na přikladu firmy, jejíž předmětem podnikaní je nákup zboží za účelem dalšího prodeje. Výstupem práce je posouzení informace získané od firmy s teoretickými poznatky o výběru dodavatele. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the decision-making process in the particular company. In the theoretical part the principle of decision-making, decision-making processes and problems and the structure of the decision-making process are described. In this work a specific decision-making process is presented namely, the choice of the supplier. In the practical part the process of selecting a suitable supplier for the purposes of the company, whose subject of business is the purchase of goods for resale, is analyzed. Result of this work is the comparison of the information obtained from the company with theoretical knowledge about the process of supplier selection. |
