| Abstract: | Cílem práce je výběr vhodného způsobu financování osobního vozu do 3,5t pro fyzickou osobu v České republice. Práce je primárně zaměřena na porovnání volně dostupných možností financování (operativní a finanční leasing, úvěr) s možností využití zaměstnaneckého operativního leasingu, případně nájmu. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny jednotlivé způsoby financování a zmíněni někteří poskytovatelé těchto služeb. V praktické části je uveden vzorový příklad obsahující požadavky na typ vozu, kilometrový proběh atd. Následně jsou jednotlivé varianty financování konfrontovány s požadavky modelového uživatele a je vybrána optimální varianta. Závěr práce sumarizuje praktickou a teoretickou část bakalářské práce. |

| Abstract: | The object of the thesis is the selection of appropriate method of financing passenger car up to 3.5 tons for natural person in the Czech Republic. The thesis is primarily focused on comparing of free available options financing (operational and financial leasing, loan) with the possibility of employees´ operating leasing or rental. The theoretical part explains the various ways of financing, and mentions some of the service providers. The practical part includes a model example containing requirements for the type of vehicle, mileages etc. Subsequently, various financing alternatives are confronted with requirements of model user and optimal variant is chosen. The end of thesis summarizes the practical and theoretical part of the thesis. |
