| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce hodnotí dopady plnění environmentální legislativy, a to jak české, tak evropské, v čistírně odpadních vod v Henčlově (okres Přerov). Kromě zmapování současného stavu a vyhodnocení dopadů se, v závěrečné části, práce zabývá návrhy na zlepšení aktuální situace. Práce začíná úvodem do problematiky managementu environmentu a zabývá se úlohou legislativy v péči o životní prostředí. V práci je zmíněná konkrétní legislativa a z ní plynoucí konkrétní limity a povinnosti v problematice čistíren odpadních vod. V praktické části, která začíná charakteristikou zmíněné čistírny odpadních vod Přerov a společnosti Vodovody a kanalizace Přerov, a.s. z hlediska vztahu k životnímu prostředí, jsou dále zanalyzovány legislativní požadavky a jejich naplňování. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis evaluates impacts in compliance with environmental legislation, both Czech and European, in a waste-water treatment plant in Henčlov (Přerov region). Apart from providing description of the current situation and an evaluation of impacts, the final remarks deal with suggestions for an improvement. The thesis starts with an introduction of issues of the environmental management and the role of legislation in the environmental protection. The thesis mentions factual legislation as well as limits and duties, which relate to issues of the waste-water treatment plants. The practical part of the thesis begins with a characteristic of the aforementioned waste-water treatment plant in Přerov and its parent company Vodovody a kanalizace Přerov, a.s. in regards of their relation to the environment. The practical part also analyses the legislative requirements and their fulfilment. |
