| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá získáváním a výběrem zaměstnanců ve skupině LUX. Cílem práce je zhodnocení a porovnání tohoto procesu s teoretickými postupy, metody a zdroji získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje teoretický podklad pro praktickou část práce. Praktická část práce analyzuje proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve skupině LUX, primárně dvou ze tří firem, a to LUX spol., s.r.o. a LUX-Ident, s.r.o. V závěru praktické části jsou zhodnoceny silné a slabé stránky procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve skupině LUX a navrženy doporučení pro zlepšení tohoto procesu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the recruitment and selection of employees in the LUX group. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate and compare this process with theoretical procedures, methods and sources of recruitment and selection of employees. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains the theoretical basis for the practical part of the work. The practical part analyzes the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the LUX group, primarily two of the three companies, namely LUX spol., s.r.o. and LUX-Ident, s.r.o. At the end of the practical part, the strengths and weaknesses of the LUX group recruitment and selection process are assessed and recommendations are suggested to improve the process. |
