| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem letecké dopravy od prvních vzletů, přes obě světové války až po nezvladatelnou situaci ve vzdušném prostoru, právě kvůli které byl zaveden systém řízení letového provozu. Cílem práce je podat co nejvíce informací o vývoji řízení letového provozu od počátku až do současnosti. Měla by také přispět k prohloubení znalostí o řízení letového provozu, ať už v ekonomické nebo provozní oblasti. Podat nám obrázek o tom, jak v současnosti hospodaří státní podnik Řízení letového provozu České republiky, jak se vyvíjí jeho finanční situace, jaké jsou jeho priority, plány a cíle do budoucna a v neposlední řadě o lidských zdrojích, které jsou zatím nenahraditelnou součástí celkové oblasti řízení letového provozu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deal with the development of air transport. From the first takeoff, over the both of the World War, to the uncontrollable situation in the airspace. Due to this situation was introduced air traffic control system.The aim of the thesis is to provide as much information as possible about the development of air traffic control system from the beginning to the present.It should also contribute to broadening the knowledge of air traffic control, whether in the economic or operational field. Give us a picture of how the State Enterprise of Air Traffic Control of the Czech Republic is currently operating, how its financial situation is developing, what are its priorities, plans and goals to the future and, last but not least, of human resources that are still an irreplaceable part of the whole area Air Traffic Control. |
