| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti Penam, a. s. za období 2011-2015 s následnou prognózou do budoucnosti.
Práce je rozdělená do tří částí, jimiž jsou metodická, praktická a prognóza budoucího vývoje. První část krátce popisuje základní metody a techniky potřebné k analýze. Druhá část zahrnuje samotnou finanční analýzu, jejíž výsledky budou pak srovnány s konkurencí, a hodnocení finančního zdraví podniku pomocí bankrotních a bonitních modelů. Poslední část je zaměřená na strategickou analýzu a následnou prognózu tržeb. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of Penam, a. s. for the period from 2011 to 2015 with subsequent prognosis for the future.
The thesis is divided into three parts which are methodological, practical and prognosis of the future development. The first part briefly describes the basic methods and techniques which are necessary for analysis. The second part includes the financial analysis itself, the results of which will be after compared with the competition, and the assessment of financial health or the company through bankruptcy and solvency models. The last part focuses on the strategic analysis and subsequent prognosis of sales. |
