| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro novou firmu, která bude poskytovat venkovní lasergame a únikovou hru a slouží i ke zhodnocení realizovatelnosti a funkčnosti zvoleného podnikatelského nápadu. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány věci týkající se podnikání a sestavení podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část navazuje s detailním podnikatelským plánem, který je sepsán podle struktury uvedené v teoretické části. Jako první je popsána podnikatelská příležitost, jsou představeny cíle, provedena je analýza trhu, konkurence a dodavatelů a jako poslední je představena marketingová a obchodní strategie společně s finančním plánem. Na závěr je projekt vyhodnocen a díky získaným výsledkům bude realizován v červenci 2017. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this thesis is to create a business plan for a new company that will provide outdoor lasergame and escape game and serves to evaluate a feasibility and functionality of the chosen business idea. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, things related to the business and creating business plan are further described. Following practical part deals with detailed business plan, which is written according to structure mentioned in the theoretical part. The first step was to describe the business opportunity, to present goals, to analyze market, competition and suppliers and to present the marketing and business strategy together with the financial plan. In conclusion, the project is evaluated and will be realized in July 2017. |
