| Abstract: | Diplomová práce popisuje interní komunikaci ve skupině externích zaměstnanců, především se soustředí na analýzu efektivity dvou hlavních komunikačních prostředků v konkrétním útvaru organizace. Nejprve je obecně popsána interní komunikace v oblasti virtuálních pracovních týmů. Následně se dívá na situaci do útvaru webového obsahu specifického internetového obchodu. Hlavní část představuje zkoumání efektivity komunikačních prostředků, zejména pak změny dané efektivity po čtyřměsíční pauze v používání. K provedení šetření byla použita analýza interních dat společnosti. V závěru práce jsou zkoumané jevy vyhodnoceny. |

| Abstract: | This Master thesis describes the internal communication in the group of external employees and focuses to the analysis of the effectiveness of two main communication channels in particular department of the organization. At first it describes internal communication in the field of virtual teams. Then it looks at the situation in the department of content in specific internet market. The main part is the study of efficiency of the communication channels, especially of the changes in the effectiveness after four-month hiatus in use. To perform the investigation the company internal data analysis was used. At the end, the thesis evaluates the phenomena studied. |
