| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním podnikatelského plánu pro nový koncept rychlého občerstvení SnackMaster. Jedná se o přípravu malých, teplých jídel zhotovovaných z kvalitních a čerstvých surovin především z farmářského prostředí. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. První část seznamuje čtenáře se základními pojmy týkajícími se podnikání, dále charakteristikou a strukturou podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části je vypracován kompletní podnikatelský plán aplikovaný na daný podnikatelský záměr. Největší důraz je kladen na finanční plán, který je pro účely autorky práce tvořen pouze na první rok činnosti. Cílem této diplomové práce je posouzení životaschopnosti daného projektu, analýza konkurence a dodavatelů, výběr vhodné lokality pro realizaci podnikatelského záměru a v neposlední řadě zjištění potřebných finančních zdrojů. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a business plan for the new fast food concept called SnackMaster, where small, hot meals will be prepared using high quality and fresh ingredients, especially from local farmers. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part includes the basic concepts of business, the characteristics and the structure of the business plan. The practical part of the thesis deals with the business plan for the project itself. The greatest emphasis is put on the financial plan, which is made for the purpose of the founder only for the first year of business activity. The aim of this diploma thesis is to assess the viability of the project, to analyze competitors and suppliers, to select a suitable location for the realization of this business idea and last but not least to identify necessary financial resources. |
