| Abstract: | Na příkladu společnosti HRP group s.r.o., ve které jsem třetinovým vlastníkem ajednatelem, popisuji způsob transformace mikrofirmy do plnohodnotné společnostis upravenými vnitřními procesy pomocí vnitrofiremních směrnic, společnosti sezaměstnanci a společnosti, která aktivně řídí své prodeje a plánování vývoje trhu pomocínástrojů, které jsou zdarma dostupné a snadno využitelné. Tato diplomová práce sezabývá skutečnými a reálnými postupy, jak tuto transformaci uskutečnit. Má být takpraktickým návodem pro každého, kdo se nachází se svou společností v obdobném stádiuvývoje nebo o této transformaci uvažuje, či ho jen zajímá reálný pohled na tutoproblematiku. |

| Abstract: | On the example of HRP group s.r.o., which I am a 1/3rd co-owner and executivedirector, I describe and evaluate the actual means of transformation of a micro-companyinto a full-size company with enhanced internal processes according to the internaldirectives, a company with employees and a company that proactively manages its saleschannels and uses market-planning tools, that are available for free and easily usable fora small company. This thesis deals with real procedures, that helped with the companytransformation. It should therefore be a useful guideline for everyone being in a similarstage of company development or anyone considering this transformation. Also, it can behelpful for anyone interested in the aforementioned topic. |
