| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá soukromým a veřejným financováním výzkumu a vývoje v České republice a porovnává zdejší výsledky s Německem, Polskem a Finskem. Práce popisuje systémy podpory výzkumu a vývoje a rozdílný podíl na celkovém financování tohoto odvětví ve zmíněných zemích. Je zde znázorněn vývoj investic do výzkumu a vývoje jak v celkových hodnotách, tak zvlášť ze zkoumaných zdrojů v ostatních zemích, přičemž jsou výsledky následně porovnány s Českou republikou. Následně je znázorněna míra spolupráce soukromého a veřejného sektoru financujících zkoumané odvětví; vztah mezi výdaji vládního a podnikatelského sektoru je podroben korelační analýze. V předposlední kapitole práce popisuje vývoj počtu lidských zdrojů zkoumaného sektoru a jeho podíl na celku. Poslední část je věnována analýze efektivity financování výzkumu a vývoje ve sledovaných zemích. Tato efektivita bude stanovena za použití korelační analýzy mezi velikostí investice do výzkumu a vývoje a počtem udělených patentů v jednotlivých zemích. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with private and public funding of research and development in the Czech Republic and compares the results with Germany, Poland and Finland. The thesis describes research and development support systems and differences in the share of the total funding of this sector in the mentioned countries. It shows the development of research and development investments both in total values and especially in monitored sources of other countries, the results are then compared with the Czech Republic. Subsequently, it shows the degree of cooperation between private and public sectors in funding of research and development; the relationship between government and business expenditures is the subject of a correlation analysis. In the penultimate chapter, the work describes the development of the human resources of the examined sectors and its shares. The last part deals with the analysis of the effectiveness of research and development funding in the monitored countries. This effectiveness will be determined by using a correlation analysis between the amount of R&D investment and the number of patents granted in each country. |
