| Abstract: | Práce analyzuje faktory ovlivňující míru sňatečnosti v České republice, zejména zkoumá vliv hospodářského cyklu na míru sňatečnosti. Jako zástupné proměnné pro hospodářský cyklus byly zvoleny HDP a míra nezaměstnanosti, jelikož hospodářský růst je obvykle spojen s růstem HDP a poklesem nezaměstnanosti. Na základě sestaveného panelu dat, pro všech 14 krajů České republiky v letech 2002-2015 s celkovým počtem pozorování 196, byly provedeny odhady ekonometrických modelů. Výsledky potvrzují předpokládaný pozitivní vliv hospodářského růstu na míru sňatečnosti. |

| Abstract: | The thesis analyzes the factors influencing the marriage rate in the Czech Republic, in particular it examines the impact of the business cycle on the marriage rates. As a substitute variables for the business cycles was chosen GDP and the unemployment rate as the economic growth is usually associated with falling unemployment and GDP growth. Based on assembled data panel for all 14 regions of the Czech Republic in 2002 - 2015 with a total of 196 observations, econometric model estimates were made. The results confirm the expected positive impact of the economic growth on the marriage rate. |
