| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje Garančnímu systému finančního trhu a jeho fondům. Cílem práce je popsat fungování systému, jeho historii, legislativní základy a jeho chod v České republice. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána především činnost Fondu pojištění vkladů a Fondu pro řešení krize, výběr a výpočet příspěvků, stejně tak jako legislativní základ a jeho důsledky. V praktické části je proveden ilustrativní výpočet příspěvku do obou fondů za použití vzorku bank České republiky. Odhadnuté příspěvky se jeví v reálné výši. Diskutována je i adekvátní velikost prostředků ve fondech, které se ukázaly spíše jako nedostatečné, a zmíněna je možnost optimalizace příspěvku ze strany banky. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis examines the Financial Market Guarantee System in the Czech Republic and its funds. It aims to describe and analyse how the system works, describe its history and development as well as its legislative establishment in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part describes both funds - Deposit Insurance fund and Resolution fund. Description contains competence and relevance of those funds, European regulation and system of contributing. Practical part calculates contributions of two Czech different sized banks to the Deposit Insurance fund and to the Resolution fund. Those illustrative contributions seem to be quite realistic. The thesis also deals with the ability of the system to help banks or other institutions in financial problems, this ability is very limited. Practical analysis also mentions the possibility of reducing the contribution. |
