| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení a zpracování podnikatelského plánu na založení a provoz fitness centra v Praze. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní informace o podnikatelském plánu, který vychází z teoretických poznatků a informací obsažených v odborných článcích. Rovněž vysvětluje podstatu podnikatelského plánu a objasňuje principy aplikovaných metod. V praktické části je sestaven realistický podnikatelský plán pro zřízení a provoz fitness centra, který je zpracován na základě provedeného průzkumu trhu prostřednictvím dotazníku, PEST analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti konkurenčních sil a SWOT analýzy. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate and draft a business plan for the establishment and operation of the fitness center in Prague. The theoretical part is focused on basic information about the business plan, which is based on theoretical knowledge and information included in professional articles. It also explains the essence of the business plan and clarifies principle of applied methods. In the practical part is processed realistic business plan for the establishment and operation of the fitness center, which is prepared on the basis of market research through a questionnaire, PEST analysis, Porter´s five forces model and SWOT analysis. |
