| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza současného stavu slevového portálu Pepa.cz v oblastech marketingu, řízení vztahů se zákazníky, personálního řízení, a také návrhy a opatření k zajištění prosperity podniku. V teoretické části jsou popsány a vymezeny základní definice zmíněných oblastí řízení. Část praktická se věnuje analýze jednotlivých oblastí řízení podniku, přičemž výsledkem analýzy jsou uvedeny návrhy a opatření, která povedou ke zvýšení jeho konkurenceschopnosti. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the actual condition of a discounting portal Pepa.cz in the fields of marketing, customer relationship management, human resources and also some layout and measures to ensure the prosperity of the bussiness. In the theoretical part of this work the basic definitions are explored through description of the control areas. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of individual areas of management, where the results of the analysis are presented as proposals and measures, which lead to increase the competitiveness. |
