| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivace zaměstnanců ve vztahu k pracovním benefitům. Hlavním cílem této práce je analýza vlivu zaměstnaneckých benefitů na motivaci zaměstnanců. Teoretická část bakalářské práce definuje motivaci, pracovní motivaci, motiv, stimul a teorie motivace pracovního jednání. Dále popisuje zaměstnanecké benefity, jejich způsoby zavedení a věcné členění. V neposlední řadě jsou součástí práce současné trendy benefitů, které se vyskytují na trhu práce. Praktická část této práce se zabývá výzkumem vlivu zaměstnaneckých benefitů na motivaci zaměstnanců ve firmě Termonta Praha a.s. Výzkum v dané firmě proběhl na základě dotazníkového šetření. Cílem tohoto šetření bylo zjistit vliv jednotlivých benefitů, které tato firma svým zaměstnancům poskytuje, na jejich pracovní motivaci. Závěr bakalářské práce je věnován vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření a na základě analýzy jeho výsledků jsou zde navrženy případné změny v systému benefitů, které by zaměstnance mohly vést k větší pracovní motivovanosti a větším pracovním výkonům. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employees motivation in relation to work benefits. The main aim is to analyse the impact of employee benefits on motivating employees. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis defines motivation, work motivation, motive, stimulus, and theory of motivation of working behaviour. It also describes employee benefit, their ways of implementation and their breakdown. Lastly, the current trends of benefits that occur in the labour market and are included in the employment package. The practical part of this thesis deals with research relating to the influence of employee benefits on the motivation of employees in the company Termonta Praha a.s. This was conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey, the aim of which was to determine the impact of the individual benefits that this firm provides to its employees on their work motivation. The conclusion of this thesis evaluates the data gathered from the questionnaires and analyses the results, in addition to proposing possible changes to the benefits system, which could lead employees to greater motivation and greater work performance. |
