| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zjistit současné přístupy k podpoře a zachovávání tradiční a lidové kultury podle užívaných strategických a koncepčních dokumentů. Teoretická část je věnována analýze Doporučení 25. generální konference UNESCO o ochraně tradiční a lidové kultury z roku 1989 a zejména pak Úmluvě o zachování nemateriálního kulturního dědictví z roku 2003, která z Doporučení vychází. Na základě těchto byla vytvořena Koncepce účinnější péče o tradiční lidovou kulturu v České republice na období 2016-2020. V souladu s těmito dokumenty budou v praktické části práce rozebrána kulturní legislativní dokumenty Zlínského kraje (zejména Koncepce rozvoje místní kultury Zlínského kraje a Koncepce rozvoje organizací Zlínského kraje v oblasti kultury pro období let 2015-2024) s aplikací na tradiční lidovou kulturu tohoto regionu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis aims to find contemporary approaches to support and preservation of traditional and folk culture according to the used strategic and conceptual documents. The theoretical part is devoted to the analysis of the Recommendation of the 25th General Conference of UNESCO on the Safeguarding of Traditional Culture and Folklore from 1989 and, in particular, to the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of 2003, which is based on the Recommendation. Based on these, the Strategy of Improved Care for Traditional Folk Culture in the Czech Republic for the period 2016-2020 was created. According to these documents, in the practical part of the thesis, the cultural legislative documents of the Zlín Region will be analyzed (especially the Conception of the Local Culture Development of the Zlín Region and the Concept of the Development of the Zlín Region Organizations in the Field of Culture for the period 2015-2024) with application to the traditional folk culture of this region. |
