| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce zachycuje vývoj pracovních podmínek a politiky zaměstnanosti v letech 1945 - 1953 s ohledem na hospodářské a politické změny, které byly provedeny v průběhu budování sociálního státu. Vzhledem k dostupnosti a potřebné kvantitě zdrojů je můj výzkum konkretizován na pracovní podmínky v těžkém průmyslu. V práci jsou zachyceny důležité právní normy, které byly zavedeny k distribuci pracovních sil v období třetí republiky i následujícího totalitního režimu. Z jejich srovnání vyplývá, že v období totalitního režimu došlo k výraznému zpřísnění pracovního zákonodárství. Přínosem práce je analýza efektivity politiky zaměstnanosti v jednotlivých režimech, která je provedena pomocí srovnání cílů a skutečných výsledků dvouletého a prvního pětiletého plánu. Prostřednictvím výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že přechodem k totalitnímu režimu sice došlo k zefektivnění politiky zaměstnanosti, ovšem se zásadním omezením individuálních práv a svobod. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis depicts the development of working conditions and employment policy in the period 1945 - 1953 with regard to the economic and political changes which were made during the building of the welfare state. Due to the availability and the necessary quantity of the resources my research is focused on working conditions in the heavy industry. The thesis includes important legal norms which were introduced for the distribution of labor during the period of the Third Republic and the following totalitarian regime. Their comparison shows that during the period of the totalitarian regime there was a significant tightening of labor legislation. The contribution of the thesis is the analysis of the effectiveness of the employment policy in the individual regimes, which is done by comparing the objectives and actual results of the two-year and the first five-year plan. Through research, it was found that the transition to the totalitarian regime has made employment policy more effective, but with a fundamental limitation of the individual rights and freedoms. |
