| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis mainly focuses on the question of how personal characteristics affect economic behavior. The main intention is to observe whether there is correlation between rational and non-cognitive part of the decision-making process. First part consists of five theoretical chapters characterizing interaction between emotions, morality, language, ethnicity, religion and economic behavior. Second part is dedicated to analysing the relationship between four observed nationalities (Czech, Russian, French and German) and saving and altruistic behavior of respondents, based on the findings of the respective survey. Subsequently results are put in comparison with recent macroeconomic statistical data of four examined nationalities. The final chapter is directed to estimation of the econometric model based on the data from the questionnaire. Conclusion provides an overall summary of individual chapters along with accentuating on the general findings. The outcome of the thesis certifies the statement that personal qualities have a substantial impact on economic behavior. |

| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na otázku vlivu osobních charakteristik a vlastností na ekonomické chování. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, zda existuje korelační vztah mezi racionálním a nekognitivním druhem rozhodovacího procesu. První část se skládá z pěti teoretických kapitol, charakterizujících interakci mezi emocemi, morálkou, jazykem, národností, náboženstvím a ekonomickým chováním. Druhá část je zaměřena na analýzu vztahu mezi čtyřmi zkoumanými národnostmi (Českou,Ruskou,Francouzskou a Německou) a úsporným a altruistickým chováním respondentů, založených na nálezech na datech dotazníku. Následně, výsledky jsou srovnávány s makroekonomickými statistickými daty čtyř pozorovaných národnosti. Poslední kapitola se zabývá sestavením a interpretací ekonometrického modelu na základě údajů z šetření.Závěr poskytuje obecné shrnutí jednotlivých kapitol se zdůrazněním podstatných zjištění. Výsledek práce potvrzuje stanovení, že osobní vlastnosti mají značný vliv na ekonomické chování. |
