| Abstract: | Cílem práce je vyhodnotit vybrané metody time managementu z hlediska jejich použitelnosti. V teoretické části se práce zabývá pojmem time management a jeho vývojem. Dále práce zkoumá důležité faktory, které jsou předpokladem pro úspěšné řízení času jedince. Podstatným segmentem teoretické části je popis šesti nejpoužívanějších metod a doplněn je výčtem užitečných aplikací, které v řízení času mohou pomoci. Praktická část se zabývá kvalitativní studií, zkoumající tři vybrané metody. Výsledky jsou v práci interpretovány a následně jsou přidána doporučení a limitace. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this thesis is to examine some of the most popular methods of time management. In theoretical part, the thesis explores the term time management and its development. Then it examines important factors which are required for successful management of personal time. Fundamental section of theoretical part is description of six most used methods and then several software applications which help with time management. Practical part consists of a quantitative study which examines three chosen methods of time management. All results are interpreted and then there are added recommendations and limitations. |
