| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje plánování ve startupech. Cíle celé práce jsou: definovat startup, utvořit obrázek o plánování ve startupech skrz názory odborné veřejnosti, zkoumat plánování na vybraných startupech z ČR, vyvodit doporučení pro zkoumané startupy a zhodnotit přínos plánování ve startupech.V počátku se práce věnuje specifikům a specifickým přístupům k plánování, které jsou ve druhé části práce srovnávány s daty z výzkumu na vybraných subjektech.V závěru práce je pak zhodnoceno jaké názory odborníků z teoretické části se ve výzkumu potvrdily. Dále je zhodnocen přínos plánování pro startupy a zobecněn přístup manažerů ve startupech k plánování. |

| Abstract: | The work deals with startup planning. The goals of the whole work are: to define startup, to create a picture of start-up planning through expert opinions, to study planning at selected startups from the Czech Republic, to draw up recommendations for the startup investigations and to evaluate the contribution of planning in startups.In the beginning, the work focuses on the specifics and specific approaches to planning, which are compared in the second part with the data from the research on selected subjects.The conclusion of the thesis is then evaluated what opinions of experts from the theoretical part were confirmed in the research. It also evaluates the benefits of startup planning and generalizes managers' approach to startups for planning. |
