| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou podniku Termo Děčín a.s. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části (teoretickou a praktickou). V teoretické práci autor vymezuje základní pojmy z uvedené odborné literatury. Praktická část kopíruje teoretickou část, kde autor aplikuje teoretické poznatky v praktické části. Je provedena analýza vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí okolí. Tyto poznatky jsou z analýzy základem pro strategickou analýzu podniku. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with strategic analysis of the company Termo Děčín a.s. The thesis is divided into two parts (theoretical and practical). The author defines the theoretical part by using the basic concepts from the literature listed. The practical part parallels the theoretical part where the author applies theoretical knowledge in practical part. It is an analysis of the company both internally and externally. These findings are from a financial analysis which provides the basis for a strategic analysis of the company. |
