Abstract:
Tato bakalarska praace je zamerena na analyzu a optimalizaci business modelu male rodinnee spoleccnosti Jadberg kteraa se zabyva vyrobou a prodejem sportovniho obleceni. Cilem je analyza obchodniho modelu spolecnosti analyza jejich nedostatku a nasledne navrhy zmen ktere povedou k dalsimu rozvoji spolecnosti. Business model ktery je v tomto pripade vyuzivan je predevsim business model Canvas ktery se stal fenomenem poslednich let. V teoreticke casti je popsana problematika obchodnich modelu detailneji je popsan business model Canvas a jeho jednotlive prvky. Prakticka cast teto prace se potom soustredi na aplikovani modelu Canvas na spolecnost, analyzuje konkurenci, dosavadni marketingove aktivity a celkovy chod firmy. Na zaklade techto poznatku je potom sestaven plan optimalizace procesu a obchodniho modelu spolecnosti, ktere spolecnost muze implementovat v nejblizsich mesicich.

Abstract:
Bachelor thesis focuses on analysis and optimalization of business model of small family company Jadberg which creates and sells sports clothes. The aim of this thesis is to analyze business model of company, analyze its shortcomings and create effective plan of changes which lead to development of the company. Business model which is used in this case is specifically business model Canvas, which became very popular in recent years not only in the field of business. The theoretical part deals with problematic of business models itself its innovation in details business model Canvas is described. In the practical part I apply business model Canvas on Jadberg company analyze its marketing activities its competition and other processes of the company. Based on this findings and knowledge it is created strategic plan which can be implemented in the proximate months.
