| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce představuje Agenturu pro rozvoj Broumovska jako fungující společnost v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Cílem práce je analyzovat nástroje a metody, které ARPB využívá, aby dosáhla rozvoje regionu Broumovsko. Teoretická část přibližuje klíčové pojmy práce a principy fungování společnosti destinačního managementu a slouží jako platforma pro praktickou část, která je zaměřena na rozbor činností a metod Agentury pro rozvoj Broumovska. Závěr práce se věnuje výsledkům komparace, které vykazují, že ARPB pozdvihla funkci destinační společnosti na vyšší úroveň. APRB dokázala za 12 let své působnosti probudit na Broumovsku kulturní život, komunikaci a spolupráci firem, poskytovatelů služeb a místních obyvatel. Svými aktivitami a projekty podporuje atraktivitu regionu a vytváří lepší podmínky pro život na Broumovsku. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor´s Thesis introduces the Agency for development of Broumovsko as a functional company in the field of tourism. The goal of this Thesis is to analyze tools and methods used by APRB to achieve the development of the region of Broumovsko. The theoretical part is talking about the key concepts of work and principles of function of a company focusing on destination management, and it works as a platform for the practical part of my Thesis, which is focused on the analysis of activities and methods of the Agency for development of Broumovsko. The ending of my work is dedicated to the results of comparison, which show us that APRB lifted the function of destination company up to a whole another level. APRB, in 12 years of its activity, awakened the cultural life and comunication and cooperation of companies, service providers and locals in Broumovsko. By its activities and projects, APRB supports attractivity of the region and creates better living conditions in Broumovsko. |
