| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce na téma Vliv kapitálové struktury na oceňování podniku, pojednává o vztahu mezi kapitálovou strukturou a hodnotou podniku. Pozornost je zaměřena na způsoby hledání takové kapitálové struktury, která bude pro podnik nejvhodnější a nejlevnější. Na jedné straně existuje poměrně široká teoretická základna, ale na straně druhé se lze setkat, zejména v kvantifikaci teoretických východisek, s řadou problémů, protože až do současné doby nebyl určen jednoznačný přístup k optimalizaci kapitálové struktury. Tyto teoretické poznatky jsou v praktické části diplomové práce aplikované na reálný podnik, na Jednotu, spotřební družstvo v Jindřichově Hradci. V závěru je uvedeno vlastní doporučení na základě provedených analýz, která by přispívala k optimalizaci tržní hodnoty podniku. |

| Abstract: | This thesis investigates the relation between capital structure and company value. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses different approaches to finding the optimal and most efficient capital structure for the company. Even though a broad theoretical basis related to the topic of capital structure exists, quantifying the theoretical background can lead to a variety of problems. Until now, no clear approach to optimizing the capital structure has been identified. In the practical part of the thesis, theoretical knowledge is applied on a real company COOP Jednota in Jindřichuv Hradec and an optimal capital structure is proposed. |
