| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá provedením strategické analýzy společnosti Choceňská mlékárna s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část definuje strategie, vybrané metody a nástroje, které jsou poté aplikovány v praktické části na konkrétní podnik. V práci je použito metod strategické a finanční analýzy, zejména PESTLE analýza, Porterův model pěti sil a SWOT analýza. K závěru na základě zjištěných informací bude zhodnoceno zdraví společnosti a budou navrhnuty případné doporučení, změny či postupy, které může podnik použít při svém strategickém řízení. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the strategic analysis of Choceňská mlékárna s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines strategies, selected methods and tools that are then applied in a practical part to a particular enterprise. The thesis uses methods of strategic and financial analysis, especially PESTLE analysis, Porter's model of five forces and SWOT analysis. In conclusion, based on the information found, the health of the company will be assessed and any recommendations, changes or practices that the company can use in its strategic management will be suggested. |
