| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě dostupných dat provést analýzu postavení cizinců na českém trhu práce. Je rozdělena na dvě částí: teoretickou a analytickou. První část obsahuje teoretický základ migrace a české migrační politiky včetně projektů pro podporu ekonomické migrace a také je zaměřena na aktuální legislativní rámec platný pro ekonomicky aktivní cizince v ČR. Druhá část je věnována analytickému zkoumání daného tématu. Zabývá se vývojem působnosti cizinců na českém trhu práce, a to jak cizinců evidovaných na Úřadu práce, tak těch, co mají živnostenské oprávnění a jejich strukturou podle státních příslušností, typu vykonávané práce, věku, pohlaví apod. Pozornost je také věnována ekonomickému chování vybraných skupin migrantů a výši remitence představující odliv prostředků do zahraničí. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the position of foreigners on the Czech labor market on the basis of available data. It is divided into two parts: theoretical and analytical. The first part contains the theoretical basis of migration and Czech migration policy, including projects to support economic migration, and is also focused on the current legislative framework applicable to economically active foreigners in the Czech Republic. The second part is devoted to the analytical examination of the given topic. It deals with the development of foreigners' activity in the Czech labor market, both of foreigners registered at the Labor Office and those with trade licenses and their structure according to their nationality, type of work performed, age, gender, etc. The attention is also paid to the economic behavior of selected groups of migrants and the amount of remittances representing the outflow of funds abroad. |
