| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je odhad objektivizované hodnoty společnosti TESS CZ spol. s r.o. pro management a vlastníky k 31. 12. 2015. Po úvodní části následuje část teoreticko-metodologická, která se zabývá vysvětlením pojmů spojených s problematikou oceňování a také předkládá doporučený postup a odpovídající metody při oceňování podniku. V praktické části, po představení oceňované společnosti, již dochází na aplikaci jednotlivých metod popsaných v teoretické části. Jedná se o strategickou a finanční analýzu, analýzu a prognózu generátorů hodnoty, sestavení kompletního finančního plánu a samotné ocenění. Výsledné ocenění podniku je provedeno pomocí výnosové metody diskontovaných peněžních toků ve variantě FCFE. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to estimate an objectified value of the company TESS CZ spol. s r.o. for the company management and owners to the date of 31. 12. 2015. After the introduction part, the theoretical-methodological part comes, which concerns terminology connected with the valuation issue and also offers recommended procedure and possible methods of a company valuation. In the practical part, after the company introduction, application of the particular methods, mentioned in the theoretical part, is realized. It is about strategic and financial analysis, analysis and forecast of value generators, creating of a financial plan and the valuation itself. The final valuation is made by yield method of discounted cash flow in the variant of FCFE. |
