| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním podnikatelského plánu pro potřeby nově
vznikajícího e-shopu s kosmetikou. Plán by měl sloužit jako základní dokument, který by měl
zakladatelům pomoci dosáhnout kýženého cíle, kterým je dosahování zisku v dlouhodobém
horizontu. Práce je sestavena ze dvou základních části, z teoretické a praktické.
Teoretická část se zabývá sběrem informací o podnikatelském plánu, jaká je jeho
struktura, popřípadě jak analyzovat trh nebo konkurenci. Praktická část se zaměřuje na
samotné vytvoření podnikatelského plánu obsahující analýzu konkurence, trhu nebo návrh
marketingové strategie. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is about elaborating business plan for the needs of newly created
e-shop with cosmetics. The plan should play the role of a basic document that will help
founders to achieve the desired goal of generating profits in the long run. The thesis is divided
into two basic parts, theoretical and practical.
The theoretical part deals with collecting information about business plan such as what
it should look like, or how to analyze the market or competitors. The practical part focuses on
the creation of a real business plan containing competition and market analysis or a marketing
strategy |
