| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou uplatnění absolventů vysokých škol na trhu práce. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak se absolventi v dnešní době uplatňují na trhu práce
a navrhnout jistá doporučení, která by měla zlepšit uplatnění absolventů na trhu práce a snížit jejich nezaměstnanost. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na teoretickou
a praktickou část. Teoretická část vychází z dostupné odborné literatury a vysvětluje základní pojmy problematiky. V praktické části jsou analyzovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které se uskuteční mezi absolventy různých vysokých škol. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou zhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkového šetření a jsou navržena doporučení, která by měla přispět k lepšímu uplatnění absolventů vysokých škol. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis addresses the current problem of graduate employment in the labor market. The purpose of this bachelor thesis was to examine how graduates employment prospects are affected in the current labor market, and to propose recommendations that should improve the employability of recent graduates, and reduce unemployment levels among this demographic. This thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on available literature, and explains the basic concepts of the subject. The practical part analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey, which was conducted among graduates of various universities. In the conclusion of the bachelor thesis, the results of the questionnaire survey are evaluated, and recommendations are proposed which should contribute to the improved employment prospects for university graduates. |
