It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part gives the reader insights into entrepreneurship and main techniques that help to succeed in the distribution business. The theoretical part is about the application of the theoretical part into a real case: Business plan of Thai Power. |

| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je připravit komplexní podnikatelský plan pro start-up, zabývající se distribucí Thajské bylinné kosmetiky na rumunském trhu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část popisuje jednotlivé kroky podnikatelského plánu na základě odborné literatury. Dále obsahuje vhled do podnikání a poskytuje důležité nástroje pro efektivní řízení distribuční společnosti. Praktická část se zabýva konkrétním podnikatelským plánem vytvořeným pro rozvoj Thai Power na novém trhu. |
