| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce Strategická analýza firmy Klimatech, s.r.o. je provedení strategické analýzy mikrookolí, makrookolí a analýzy vnitřních zdrojů podniku Klimatech, s.r.o. Analýza mikrookolí je zahrnuje analýzu základních charakteristik odvětví, jeho struktury, životního cyklu a konkurence pomocí Porterova modelu 5 sil. Analýza makrookolí je řešena metodou PESTLE. Vnitřní zdroje firmy jsou analyzovány VRIO analýzou a finanční analýzou. Propojení výstupů výše uvedených dílčích analýz je zajištěno SWOT analýzou. Na základě SWOT analýzy je pak připraven návrh postupů a opatření zajišťujících zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku. |

| Abstract: | The objective of the bachelors thesis Strategic Analysis of the company Klimatech, s.r.o. is the implementation of strategic analysis of micro-environment and macro-enviroment and analysis of internal resources of Klimatech, s.r.o. Micro-enviromental analysis includes an analysis of the basic characteristics of the industry, its structure, life cycle, and competition within, using Porters 5 forces analysis. For analysis of macro-enviroment the PESTLE method is applied. Internal sources of the company are analyzed by VRIO analysis and financial analysis. Outputs of the above-mentioned methods are then combined in SWOT analysis. Based on the SWOT analysis, there is a proposal for implementing certain procedures and measures in order to increase competitiveness of the company. |
