| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce obsahuje soubor vybraných lean přístupu a jejich podrobný popis včetně výhod a nevýhod, který může být užitečným zdrojem informace pro ty co chtějí prohlubit své teoretické znalosti v oblasti fungování start-upu nebo sloužit jako pomůcka všem těm podnikatelům kdo si přeje založit úspěšnou a ziskovou firmu. Teoretická část bude hlavně zaměřená na Customer Development, Agile Development a Business Mocel Canvas. Jako výzkumná metoda v ramcí praktické části se použije kvalitativní případová studije kterou bude zkouman český startup Vehiklo. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis contains a set of lean approaches and their detailed description including benefits and disadvantages. On the one hand, thesis can be a useful source of information for those who want to deepen their theoretical knowledge of how start- ups actually work or on the other hand serve as a tool for all those entrepreneurs who wish to establish a successful and profitable company. The theoretical part will mainly focus on Customer Development, Agile Development and Business Mocel Canvas. In the practical part, I am going to examine a Czech startup called Vehiklo by conducting qualitative case study which has been chosen as a research instrument. |
