| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá ekonomikou, řízením a výkony loutkových divadel. V teoretické části popisuje historii loutkářství na území ČR, současné profesionální loutkové soubory jako součást divadelní sítě ČR, typologii divadel, jejich financování a právní formy. Praktickou částí je případová studie, která porovnává dvě konkrétní loutková divadla po stránce ekonomické i umělecké. Zabývá se způsoby jejich propagace, strukturou řízení i jejich historií. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis deals with economics, management and art direction of puppet theatres. The theoretical part describes the history of puppetry in the Czech Republic, contemporary professional puppet ensembles as a part of the theatre network in the Czech Republic, typology of theatres, their financing and their legal form. The practical part contains of a case study that compares two specific puppet theatres in the artistic and economic sphere. It deals with their methods of promotion, management structure and their history. |
