| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá stresovým zatížením u učitelů ekonomických předmětů na obchodních akademiích. První část práce pojednává o tom, jaké rozlišujeme druhy stresu, jaké jsou jeho projevy a jaké je jeho působení na zdravotní stav. Druhá část práce je zaměřená na duševní hygienu. Důležitost zájmu o duševní hygienu a techniky, které učitelům můžou pomoci udržet duševní zdraví. Praktická část je zaměřená na protektivní psychohygienické faktory v práci učitelů na obchodních akademiích. Výzkum byl prováděn pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Závěr bakalářské práce obsahuje shrnutí a návrhy na snížení stresové zátěže u učitelů ekonomických předmětů na středních školách. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit, jestli je povolání učitele ekonomických předmětů stresově náročné. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the stress burden of teachers of economic subjects at business academies. The first part of the thesis focuses on what types of stress we distinguish, what are its manifestations and what effect it has on the health condition. The second part is focused on mental hygiene. Importance of interest in mental hygiene and techniques that may help teachers to maintain mental health. The practical part is focused on protective psychohygienic factors in the work of teachers at business academies. Research was conducted through a semi-structured interview. Conclusion of the bachelor thesis contains a summary and suggestions for reduction of the stress burden of teachers of economic subjects at secondary schools. |
