| Abstract: | Tato práce objektivně posuzuje ekonomickou životaschopnost nově vzniklého startupu, který má ambici stát se předním odborníkem na domácím trhu v oblasti poradenství problematiky kryptoměn. Cílem této práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu, jehož součástí je rovněž marketingový výzkum společně s finančním plánem. V úvodní části práce je vymezen teoretický rámec, týkající se problematiky kryptoměn společně s analýzou jejich ekonomického dopadu na český trh. Teoretická část páce je obohacena o nutný metodologický základ pro sestavení podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části této práce je k nalezení podnikatelský plán, jehož cílem je posouzení obchodního modelu tohoto startupu s využitím metod pro analýzu poptávky a analýzu tržního potenciálu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis objectively assess the economic viability of the newly established startup that aims to become the leading expert on the domestic market in the field of consulting cryptocurrency issues. The aim of this work is to build a business plan, which also includes marketing research, together with the financial plan. An introductory part contains of theoretical framework of the cryptocurrency issues with an analysis of the economic impact on the Czech market. The theoretical part of the thesis is enriched with the necessary methodological basics for writing the business plan. In the practical part of this thesis is to find a business plan aimed at assessing the business model of the startup conducting the methods for the analysis of demand and by analyzing of market potential. |
