| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce popisuje LEGO sety jako příležitost k investování a sety řadí mezi tzv. alternativní aktiva. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První definuje alternativní aktiva a investování do nich. Druhá část seznamuje s historií společnosti LEGO a s jejími produkty. Třetí popisuje způsoby investování do LEGO setů a seznamuje s trhy, kde se LEGO převážně obchoduje. Čtvrtá část popisuje faktory, které ovlivňují hodnotu LEGO setu. Poslední, pátá část, analyzuje výkonnost jednotlivých setů z pohledu návratnosti investice a průměrné roční míry zhodnocení. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor thesis indetifies LEGO sets as an opportunity for investment and determines sets as alternative assets. The thesis is divided into five chapters. First defines alternative assets and investing in them. Second describes the history of the LEGO Company and their products. Third one describes ways of investing in LEGO sets and defines markets, where LEGO is traded. Fourth part describes factors which influence the value of LEGO sets. Last, fifth, part analyses return on investment and compound annual growth rate. |
