| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje Lisabonské smlouvě. V rámci teoretické části je představena Lisabonská smlouva spolu s okolnostmi jejího přijetí. Dále je rozebrána její aplikace na aktuální migrační krizi a na základě toho navrženo ex post obnovení řízení. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is devoted to the Treaty of Lisbon. Within the theoretical part, the Treaty of Lisbon is presented together with the circumstances of the admission. It also analyzes its application to the current migration crisis and on the basis of which recommends an ex-post recovery. |
